Words cannot express how thankful I am for making the call on August 24th in seeking to get Ashton help. On this day, I was hopeless, scared, and unsure what the outcome was going to be. It was very hard to keep positive in looking at the future. I feared of losing Ashton. Since working with Bryan, Ashton is actively working to rebuild his relationship with his Step Dad. I know this step would not have been possible without your support in mentoring Ashton over the last month.
Thank you for saving my son's life and for encouraging him to put his best foot forward.

If you are serious about transforming your life or the life of a family member, I highly recommend calling Bryan Smith with Selah Christian Counseling & Therapy. Bryan has and continues to be a blessing in my husband's life, I could not be more grateful for the positive changes that I have seen him make thus far and for the goals that he is striving to work towards with the help of both counseling and therapy. I want to say thank you to Bryan for also helping us with the healing process and the reassurance that there is hope even when it seems hopeless. May God bless you for your compassion, kindness, guidance, wisdom, and patience. The diligence that you show in your work with others is truly amazing and I am eternally appreciative.

It has been a painful road suffering from alcohol and drug addiction for 36 years of my life. I went to many different jails, institutions, and treatment facilities. In 2007 I had an amazing spiritual experience and was blessed enough to know God was real. Yet I returned to drinking and wasn't able to stop again causing my life to get worse. When I started working with You, I immediately knew that God put us together. I had so much pain from my past and felt that because I knew the truth and turned to drinking, that he was angry with me. The letter to God exercise you had me do was key. It took me a long time to write because I felt so ashamed of the things I have done. As we talked and worked through the issues that were causing me to not finish, I finally got it done. After reading the letter out loud to you, I felt the pain flow out of my eyes and heart! I felt relieved and forgiven. For the first time in my life, I can honestly say that God has removed the obsession to take a drink. Thank you for helping me and guiding me back to the light. I am forever grateful.

David and I would like to fully express the amazing impact you and Bryan have had on our marriage and we just wanted to say thank you. We’ve been able to communicate and work through disagreements/arguments ourselves which, as you know, we were not able to do before. We completely owe our new ability to communicate to you and Bryan. The methods that you used to teach us how to communicate and how to choose to love each other definitely saved our marriage. Thank you both for being so patient with us and giving us godly, unbiased advice. I can’t imagine having the patience to sit and listen to two people complaining about each other for an hour (especially when they’re as hard headed and as long winded as I am!) but I sure am grateful that God blessed both you and Bryan with the ability to do so. Now David and I can raise our son in an environment of open communication and love as a direct result of you both. I can’t express enough how grateful we are for you and Bryan sharing your wisdom with us. You’re an incredible woman who I very much admire and David feels just as strongly for Bryan.
